Work Creativity and Reflection in the world of performing arts

This page was created on January 19th 2008 as part of a real time experiment to try to engage in an immersive way in the challenge of building knowledge about creativity and the role of reflection in creative practice in work place settings in the performing arts. The participants in the process Were the 50 delegates in a professional development day organised by Sarah Houston (Department of Dance) and Pauline Johnson (Department of Music)  at the University of Surrey. Participants are invited to add their own reflective comments on the event and anything interesting that emerged for them.
